As what was mentioned above, one may think he has purchased a cheaper house, but given the cost of the interior damages, it would be best if he would have purchased a new home instead.
Foreclosed homes most of the time stay vacant for a couple of months or years. Unfortunately, these houses often do not have control over the climate. A continuous leaking of water, as well as a moisture intrusion coming from high-relative dampness, may be some of the causes of contamination and serious growth of the molds.
